HomeArvia — Privacy Policy

HomeArvia ("the app", "we") is an interior-design app that redesigns photos of
your rooms using AI. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.
Data we collect

Account information. You can use HomeArvia without creating an
account (an anonymous identifier is created for you). If you sign in with
Apple or Google, we receive your email address and name as provided by that
service, and store them with your account.

Photos you upload. Room photos you choose are uploaded to our
rendering service to generate redesigned versions. Photos are used only to
produce your designs — never for advertising, and never to train AI models.

Your designs and usage counters. Generated designs, the rooms
and styles you pick, and your free-render usage are stored with your account
so your history syncs across devices and reinstalls.

Purchase status. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed
by Apple. Our payments partner (RevenueCat) tells us whether your account has
an active purchase. We never see your payment details.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show ads or share data with advertisers.
- We do not use your photos for anything except generating your designs.
Services we rely on
- Firebase (Google) — sign-in and cloud storage of your account, designs, and usage counters.
- Google Cloud — hosts the rendering service that processes your photos.
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
- Apple — payment processing and, if you choose, Sign in with Apple.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any
time inside the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes
your account, designs, and usage data from our systems. You can also email us at
the address below to request deletion.
Children
HomeArvia is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
