Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how FitMe ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the FitMe mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (or, if you use Sign in with Apple, the identifier Apple provides). You may also use the App anonymously.
• Photos you provide. Photos you upload or capture (such as your face and body) to create your avatar and generate virtual try-on images.
• Body and style details. Information you enter such as gender, height, weight, and body shape, used to personalize your avatar and styling.
• Wardrobe and generated content. Clothing items you add and the AI-generated images and outfits you create.
• Location (optional). If you grant permission, approximate location is used only to show local weather in the Outfit Planner. You can decline, and the App still works.
• Purchase information. Subscription and in-app purchase status, processed by Apple and our payments partner (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical and usage data to operate, secure, and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create your avatar and generate photorealistic virtual try-on images.
• To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the App's features.
• To process subscriptions, credits, and in-app purchases.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

3. AI Image Generation

FitMe uses third-party artificial-intelligence services to analyze the images you provide and to generate new images of your avatar wearing selected clothing. To do this, the photos you upload — including portrait (facial) photos used to create your avatar and photos of clothing — are transmitted to the following third-party AI processing providers:

• fal.ai — AI image generation and try-on rendering.
• Google (Gemini AI) — image analysis.

These images are sent solely to produce the results you request. We access these AI services through paid API plans; under Google's paid Gemini API terms, the images you submit are not used to train Google's models, and we do not authorize any provider to use your images for any purpose other than generating your requested results. We ask for your explicit, in-app consent before any image is sent to these services. Generated images are synthetic and created for your personal use within the App.

4. Third-Party Services

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and storage.
• RevenueCat & Apple — subscription and purchase processing.
• fal.ai and Google (Gemini AI) — image analysis and generation (see Section 3).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the App. Deletion removes your profile, avatar, uploaded photos, wardrobe, generated images, and account record.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

FitMe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use in-app account deletion or contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
