Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FitMe mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the photos and content you upload. You represent that you have the right to use any image you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate avatars and virtual try-on images. These outputs are synthetic and may be inaccurate or not reflect how a garment fits in reality. They are provided for illustrative and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon as an exact representation.

5. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

• The App offers credit packs and auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through your Apple App Store account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
• Credits are consumed by AI features and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by reverse-engineering it, disrupting its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You retain rights to the original photos you upload.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
